Community Participation: Wherever possible, members should participate in ICA events, workshops, and discussions, fostering a sense of community and cooperation.

Termination of Membership: Membership can be terminated due to violations of rules, non-payment of dues, or actions causing harm to the comics community. ICA reserves the right to cancel membership if terms are not met.

Intellectual Property Respect: Members should respect the intellectual property and creative work of others in the community, adhering to copyright laws and best practices.

Professionalism: Members are expected to maintain a professional attitude and demeanour in their interactions with other members and industry professionals.

No Spam or Self-Promotion: Members should refrain from spamming or excessive self-promotion on ICA platforms, focusing on constructive engagement and support.

Constructive Feedback: Members are encouraged to provide constructive feedback and support to fellow creators, promoting growth and improvement.

Event Rules and Guidelines: Members participating in ICA events should follow specific rules and guidelines, ensuring a positive experience for all attendees.

Communication: Members should be responsive to communications from ICA and fellow members, primarily through designated channels like the Creator Members WhatsApp Group.

Transparency and Honesty: Members should be truthful and transparent in their interactions with ICA and the comics community, upholding the organization’s values.

Volunteer Opportunities: Volunteer opportunities will be given on a selection basis, considering the number of applications and event requirements.

Accountability: Members are accountable for their actions within the community, adhering to ICA’s code of conduct and policies (including community rules, which will be applicable in the WhatsApp Community).
